We always welcome new clients to use our boarding facilities. But due to limited space during high volume times (holidays, school breaks, etc.), our boarding facility is for current Companiona Animal Hospital clients only during those times. We strongly recommend that you make advance reservations as soon as you know your tavel plans. During holidays, school vacation time and throughout the summer months, please make your reservations a month or two in advance.

ACCOMMODATIONS
We have 3 runs for large dogs along with various sized cages for smaller dogs. All dogs are hand walked twice daily. Cats have their own private boarding accommodations that are separate from the dogs. We have several cages for single cats, two larger cages for cats that prefer to be caged together and two "cat condos". All facilities and bedding are cleaned and disinfected daily. Rest assured that we will make every effort to provide the largest and most comfortable accommodation for your pet that space allows. We are proud of the comfort level and cleanliness of all of our facilities.

VACCINATIONS/FLEA POLICY
For the health and safety of all our guests, all pets entering the kennel must be up to date with the following vaccines:
DOGS - Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordatella (canine cough)
CATS - Rabies, Distemper/Upper Respiratory
If your pet is overdue, we will provide vaccinations together with a physical exam by the veterinarian. We take pride in the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Therefore, all pets will be checked for fleas and ticks on admission. Flea and/or tick infested animals will be treated at the owner's expense.

MEAL PLAN
We only feed the highest quality of pet foods to all of our canine and feline guests. Some pets, however, are fussy eaters or do not handle sudden changes in their diet well. To avoid these types of problems, you may wish to pack some of your pet's regular food. Please bring only the amount of food necessary for the length of your pet's stay.

BELONGINGS
In order to help us avoid misplaced belongings, we ask that you limit toys to one per pet. Be sure that they are machine washable and are clearly labeled with your pets name in indelible ink. With all the extra attention we provide, this is usually sufficient to keep your pets feeling at home. Since we provide plenty of bedding, we also request that you do not bring your own blankets and beds with you when you come. This policy is designed to insure your pets bedding is comfortable, easily laundered, and can be kept sanitary for the entire length of their stay. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

HOURS OF OPERATION
You may drop off or pick up your pet anytime during our regular hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 8am-12noon
Please note, dropping off and picking up pets is permitted only during these regular business hours. In order to allow our staff time to enjoy the holidays, the Hospital and Boarding facilities are closed to the public on New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your pet is going to recieve a bath on the day it is released, please plan on picking up your pet sometime after noon.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At this time, we do not require deposits to hold reservations. In fairness to those who may be turned away on busy weekends or holidays we ask that you please let us know if your plans for boarding your pet should change.
